Flexibility and challenges; Feel, see and practice theoretical knowledge in the areas of production, management and business; Rotation in different departments in the company; Networking with the brains of the company (managers, leaders etc.).

How do you experience the corporate values in your daily work?

We listen:
Consider other ideas – the more we listen the more information we get. Knowledge sharing. Information and exchange of ideas always lead to better outcomes.

We give:
Two heads are better than one. We do approach to problem solving from different angles with different thorough ideas.

We play:
To play is about being open for new inputs and to take relevant proactive approaches.

We act:
Taking action is very important because we have customers who wait for our outputs. Always striving to complete tasks and projects in time with 100% accuracy.

I develop myself and enhance my skills by engaging in different challenging projects. The graduate programme tests me and gives me insights in different business levels of the company. The company has very helpful and professional  colleagues.
