What makes your job interesting?

The formal and professional working approach from my colleagues and me.  As a graduate, I am being given the resources to learn and develop. To look at business processes objectively and judge them without bias. Department rotation. 

What values do you find important in your job

• Developing and improving my abilities in different areas all the time
• Coaching and mentoring: We have great opportunities of being mentored on designing our career, which I see as a privilege

How do you experience the corporate values in your daily work?

We listen:
It is crucial for me to listen during my graduate programme. I have to listen to learn, analyze and take actions.

We give:
If I know that something could be improved I share my ideas, and I expect the same in return.

We play:
Nothing ventured, nothing gained! The best ideas evolve from unexpected situations, which sometimes need to be created by means of games.

We act:
By taking action and trying out new ideas I learn. The graduate programme is all about taking action.

Why is Pressalit a good place to work?

Very open borders - I can go directly to the manager with my ideas. To feel, understand and act out a Danish business  approach. I see new things developing, and I myself can make an impact on the business development.
